That Dustup in Nazareth

This 4-part video series explores the historic, cultural and linguistic context of the story in Luke 4 of Jesus’ presentation at the synagogue in Nazareth, during which an adoring audience of hometown folk was converted to an angry mob bent on killing the very Messiah they had been anticipating. Each brief video runs about 5 minutes to easily facilitate group discussion and detailed examination of the event as described by Luke.
